Right in the heart of Silver Spring sits this casual yet upscale, New England-inspired restaurant offering a diverse menu that showcases seafood, chicken, ribs and a New York strip steak, along with assorted sides (dinner selections mirror, to an extent, what’s available at noontime). Fried oysters and crab mac & cheese kick off the meal with interesting flavors and textures. To follow, consider a sandwich, such as the overstuffed lobster roll; a bacon cheeseburger; or the ahi tuna niçoise salad. Don’t hesitate: order the lobster roll, and for a simpler entrée, the shrimp po’ boy or the crispy skin salmon with saffron couscous. Dessert choices include Nutella cheesecake, a fine finale. All Set has a very active bar scene, so be sure to inquire about the house cocktails and which wines to pair with your food. Service is professional.
