About the restaurant: Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is an over-the-top feast featuring nine open kitchens and hundreds of items served daily. The massive 25,000-square-foot space overlooks the Garden of the Gods pool complex and has a light, airy feel. The dining areas are themed around nature and feature glass and stone textures.

About the food: Patrons will find buffet standards alongside seafood, carving, American and Latin kitchens. Menu enhancements include dim sum-style food carts roaming the dining room offering dishes like foie gras PB&J, spicy seafood boil bags, Japanese Wagyu hot dogs and traditional dim sum; innovative dishes like turmeric grilled baby octopus with XO chili jam, cheeseburger bao, chipotle bourbon barbecue oysters and duck carnitas quesadillas; plant-based and vegan items such as quinoa-stuffed baby sweet potatoes with fried kale, tomato tartar and coconut-carrot gazpacho; Roman-style pizza; and a wider selection of Laotian, Filipino, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese specialties. Be sure to save room for the dessert station, offering items like cake on a stick.
