Chef Michael Mina's establishment at Levi's Stadium is a formal, white-tablecloth restaurant, with high ceilings, marble tables and ample booths and banquettes in the classic steakhouse style. Wood-grilled steaks from certified Angus beef, dry-aged and American Wagyu are centerpieces of the menu, as are signature Mina items such as lobster potpie and black truffle macaroni and cheese. Elaborate desserts might include beignets with Scotch-soaked butterscotch custard, and a deconstructed cheesecake of artistic presentation. Flights of bourbon, warmed tableside to accentuate flavor profiles, are also available, and the wine, spirits and cocktail lists are extensive and of the high quality one expects from Mina.
