The Buffet at Wynn Restaurant Review:

With fresh cuisine offered all day and evening at 15 stations, diners have an extensive array of choices. Seating in the elegant complex is divided into several comfortable rooms with tile, marble or carpeted floors. Breakfast favorites are granola with seasonal fruit, salmon Benedict and fish (salmon, tuna and snapper) cakes. Tomato bisque, items from the shellfish station (huge Alaskan crab legs and jumbo shrimp), and sushi and smoked salmon are winners. Leg of lamb, tandoori chicken, hummus and pita are among options at The Grill. We like the seared red snapper with lime vinaigrette at the seafood station, and the pasta tossed to order and lamb osso buco at the Italian counter. The ramen noodle bar allows for customizing with options of crispy pork belly and wood ear mushrooms. Turkey, rib-eye, duck breast and prime rib are dinner favorites at the carving station. Carrot cake with pecans is among desserts, complemented by gelato and sorbet with a variety of toppings. Brunch Mon.-Fri. $29.99, Sat.-Sun. $37.99; Dinner Mon.-Thurs. $49.99, Fri.-Sun. $52.99; $22 extra for unlimited Champagne, mimosa, wine, beer or Bloody Mary at any buffet.
