Cannon's Rib Express Restaurant Review:
Cannon's Rib Express now operates as a food truck on NE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (its former address is 5410 NE 33rd Ave.). Pork and beef ribs are the best choices, but chicken or a chopped pork sandwich are also available. Customize your favorite meat by choosing your desired heat level for the "secret sauce" --- hot, medium or mild. The small sides are pretty much an afterthought, but indulge your dessert cravings and top off your meal with house-made peach cobbler or creamy banana pudding.
