In the former India's Oven space, Cardamom presents a menu of contemporary Indian cuisine with dishes representing every region of the country. Consulting executive chef Manju Choudhury's signature lamb shank is cooked overnight on charcoal until tender and then served with a spicy onion, tomato and chickpea sauce.
