Continental Restaurant & Martini Bar Restaurant Review:
Continental was the first martini bar in Philly, and nearly two decades after opening, the former yellow and silver diner is a city original and remains an anchor of the Old City nightlife scene. There are witty fixtures of toothpick-speared olives that dangle over the booths, an extensive list of specialty cocktails and martinis, and an above-average global tapas menu that includes grilled octopus or Korean pork tacos. One may also encounter a dish like jumbo lump crab pad thai. Wear black, you’ll blend.
