Upscale dining inside and low-key lounging on the rooftop.
Openings: Dinner nightly

Coyote Cafe Restaurant Review:

At Coyote Café, you can choose between swanky dining indoors and a casual culinary experience on the rooftop. Inside, you can see and hear the mesquite crackling away on the grill, flavoring cowboy cuts, filet mignons and lobster tails. While certain entrées like the "famous" pepper elk tenderloin don’t quite live up to the hype or the price tag, the menu does have a very pleasing way of combining cuisines, like fiery Mexican prawns paired with soft sesame polenta and pineapple salsa. The low-key outdoor dining area, called the Rooftop Cantina, offers good views and sophisticated yet reasonably priced bar food, including barbecue duck quesadillas and nachos with braised pork shoulder and Serrano peppers. Wherever you choose to dine, make sure to check out the drinks menu, which offers salted lime foam margaritas and the Gentleman’s Vice, a Manhattan smoked with cherry wood and poured over a single ice globe. The Santa Fe community mourns the loss of chef/co-owner Eric DiStefano, who passed away in February 2016.
