A fish market upon entry pays tribute to the famous Tsukiji Fish Market in Japan. Here you can get bento boxes to-go, and house-made and rare boutique items like exotic soy sauce sourced directly from Japan. As for the menu, expect all the usual suspects: gyoza, shishito peppers, grilled robata options, noodles and fried rice, nigiri, sashimi and, of course, sushi. Unique selections include roasted tri-cauliflower with golden raisins and pine nuts; beef tongue; and a neck to tail tasting menu.
