Duke's Bar Restaurant Review:
Le Céladon, the restaurant of the Hôtel Westminster, has kindly proffered some of its space to Duke's Bar, Place Vendôme's refectory, favored by jewelers and their customers. Lunch and dinner are served in the wood-paneled English bar and consists of tartine of pig's foot au gratin with parmesan or scallop raviolis with green cabbage and crisped bacon.
