Edo Restaurant Review:

Edo’s sashimi and nigiri are good, but things heat up when it comes to specialty maki and the “spicies” with signature Dynamite sauce. We suggest the spider roll combination with crab and asparagus or the spicy tuna with tempura crispies. Meanwhile, admirable vegetarian options include maki with tempura-fried sweet potato or shiitake and marinated gourd. Other favorites include beef tataki and grilled, marinated black cod in saikyo sauce. Finish with the chocolate fondue served with fruit.
