Em Chamas Brazilian Grill Restaurant Review:
Brazilian churrascaria Em Chamas is an all-you-can-eat orgy of meat. Diners pick and choose from a dozen cuts and varieties, including bacon-wrapped turkey and filets to lamb, chicken, Brazilian sausages and provolone-stuffed prime rib. The bounteous gourmet bar, featuring more than 30 items, is just as enticing: traditional black beans and rice, spicy seafood salad, roasted beet and pineapple salad and sushi. Desserts are strictly traditional, including flan and passion fruit mousse. Guests also are plied with cheese-filled biscuits and caramelized bananas. A well-rounded wine list includes nice South American selections. But since this is Brazilian food, pair it with a zippy caipirinha, made with cachaça.
