Farmer & The Seahorse Restaurant Review:

Fear not the business park setting as Farmer & The Seahorse is anything but drab. This place packs up during the week with the working set. Families descend for brunch on Sundays as the outdoor area has lounge seating and tables along with plenty of open space for kids to frolic, hula hoop and play cornhole, soccer and Frisbee on the green turf. Inside, the design elements include a tree trunk ceiling, a full bar and a silver airstream that hosts a private dining room and green booths. For morning fare choose from omelets, burritos, pancakes, oatmeal and even a breakfast pizza with house chorizo, fried egg, cheddar cheese curds and candied jalapeños. The lunch menu is expansive with salads galore like fig and walnut, shrimp Louie, duck confit, roasted baby beets with arugula and more. Heartier plates include butternut squash lasagna or lobster puttanesca, and sandwiches such as short rib with caramelized onions and grass-fed burgers. Brunch is a good mix of the two mealtimes with mimosa bottle service (try the cucumber mint or blood orange) and, of course, Bloody Marys with bacon and shrimp. Lively happy hours take place Thursday and Friday. Dogs are welcome, too.
