Sporting an inspired name for a DC BBQ joint, Federalist Pig serves up sandwiches and platters of brisket, pork ribs, chicken, wings, pork belly and jalapeño-cheddar sausages. Add on sides of smoked cheddar macaroni and cheese, seasoned fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, chipotle garlic green beans or potato salad. Stop by early or run the risk that they might be out of your preferred smoked meat.
