Forbes Mill Steakhouse Restaurant Review:
Borrowing its moniker from the original name of Los Gatos, Forbes Mill delivers the goods in terms of choice Prime certified Angus beef, cocktails, appetizer platters and creatively prepared seafood. The plush dining room, fronted by an attractive fireplace at its entrance, boasts a classic, upscale steakhouse look. The menu features selections of rich, velvety Wagyu, and diners can't go wrong with such choices as the eight-ounce filet mignon served with a Cognac-peppercorn sauce, or the dry-aged 14-ounce New York steak. The restaurant also serves fine pasta and fish dishes, as well as chocolate-rich desserts and Kona coffee crème brûlée. Stately private rooms are suitable for formal dining events.
