The Harp Restaurant Review:

The Harp's warm, rustic interior comes complete with dozens of booths and a long wooden bar. Meanwhile, the patio overlooks Lake Erie shore and the Cleveland skyline. The kitchen turns out a reliably prepared rotation of fish ‘n’ chips, Reubens and six different kinds of boxty cakes (try the chicken) and salads, wraps and sandwiches. Finish with the crème brûlée or the Ho-Ho cake, which will take you back a decade or two. Local beer from Cleveland’s Great Lakes Brewing Company can be found on draft alongside Irish beers. There are also classic cocktails and several variations of spiked “Irish Coffee.” Beyond the food and drink, The Harp is a local leader in authentic Irish music.
