Harvest Table Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant and décor: Harvest Table’s gardens’ prolific output and local artisanal producers are the motivation behind the Napa Valley wine country menu. On arrival, a light, open bar with smooth wood and neutral tones hints at a spa-like atmosphere. A somewhat nondescript dining room gives way to outdoor patios with deep-pillowed chairs, twinkly lights and redwood grove views that reinforce the resort ambience.

About the food: Chef Jeff Libunao might start things off with strawberry Bibb salad with Napa Nuts glazed pecans, Pt. Reyes blue cheese, shaved radish, chives and Champagne vinaigrette. Decadence abounds with the crispy pork belly. Entrée-wise, folks come from far and wide for the signature burger topped with bacon onion jam, truffle boschetto and Port reduction. Other options include BBQ King Salmon with pea tendrils, shiitake, hoisin glaze and sesame seeds, and a selection of wood-fire grilled steaks. For dessert, you might encounter bourbon bread pudding.

About the drinks: Unsurprisingly, wines feature Napa labels. Cocktails incorporate interesting ingredients, as in a Mezcal-based drink with lemon, honey, chili de arbol and ginger.
