The Hill Seafood & Chophouse Restaurant Review:

The Hill Seafood & Chophouse offers plenty of memorable dishes, such as caramelized diver scallops and lamb chops “a la Grecque” --- 14-ounces and double-cut, and served with roasted gold potatoes, olives, pine nuts, haricots verts, chèvre and mint pesto. Meanwhile, steaks are seared at 1,500 degrees for maximum flavor, and they're simply seasoned with sea salt and ground pepper; these facts work in their favor. Sides include roasted garlic whipped potatoes and wild mushrooms. Dinners include white bean salad, house-baked bread, soup or salad and a vegetable. Sandwiches, burgers and lamb sliders are available at both lunch and dinner for those who prefer to keep things simple. When it comes time for dessert, the knock-out is a Detroit classic: a Sanders Hot Fudge cream puff. Coming in a close second is the buttermilk strawberry shortcake with Chantilly cream. By-the-bottle and glass wine offerings are extensive; the Reserve list holds rare finds. There's also a nice kids' menu.
