This intimate Japanese bistro has an eight-person sushi bar and 22-seat outdoor patio where diners can experience the culinary talents of chef Mitsu Aihara, who spent 17 years working at San Diego's Sushi Ota. Sleek and stylish Himitsu, which means "secret" in Japanese, offers traditional sushi and nigiri along with Japanese-style tapas, showcasing fine ingredients and the highest grade fish. The menu ranges from specialty rolls, sashimi plates and creative bowls to seaweed salads, oysters, miso black cod and pork belly. Chef Mitsu's omakase menu will change nightly. Sakés and natural wines are available.
