Kaka'ako Kitchen was founded by talented chef Russell Siu from 3660 On the Rise. Here you can find local specialties at reasonable prices in a casual, get-your-own-drinks-and-napkins atmosphere. For breakfast, we recommend keeping it simple with fried rice, eggs over easy and Portuguese sausage. For lunch or dinner, enjoy dressed-up plate lunch items like five-spice shoyu chicken, furikake tempura catfish or even a mixed plate, and nothing will run you more than $15. Finish with the famous bread pudding with vanilla sauce, the chocolate fudge brownie guava bars or other baked goodies.
