The Lakehouse is an exclusive restaurant for those staying at Calistoga Ranch, Auberge du Soleil and Solage Calistoga, as well as Calistoga Ranch Owners & Vintner members and their guests. Diners enjoy a seasonally inspired culinary experience in this natural, idyllic setting overlooking Lake Lommel. The quaint, narrow dining room features rustic wood and stone elements. There's also an indoor-outdoor lounge with a fireplace, and a deck providing additional al fresco seating. Private events can be booked in the adjacent Wine Cave, a domed space softly lit by candles and wrought-iron chandeliers. Replacing former chef Aaron Meneghelli, executive chef Bryan Moscatello brings a wine country elegance to the four-course prix-fixe menu by preparing dishes such as heirloom tomatoes with anchovy emulsion, and roasted game hen with garlic pudding. For dessert, try the smoked fudge accompanied with pomegranate sauce and double milk ice cream. The wine list highlights Napa Valley selections and labels from Calistoga Ranch's vineyard.
