Las Perlas Restaurant Review:
213 Hospitality's impressive roster of DTLA bars and restaurants includes Las Perlas, a "Oaxacan-style cantina" with a collection of more than 400 mezcals. The bar’s name comes from "las perlas" (the pearls) that bubble at the surface when the spirit is shaken. Happy hour, which lasts until 8 p.m., features $5 margaritas and palomas. On weekends from 1 p.m.-4 p.m., you’ll find a short brunch menu with tacos, mulitas and churros.
