Madangsui Restaurant Review:

Marinated meat, seafood, vegetables and just about everything else comes on heaping platters and is sliced, flavored and ready for the grill at Madangsui, where the sounds of sizzling barbecue can be heard above the din of a lively crowd at virtually all hours. Carnivorous minded patrons, which characterizes the majority, will not be disappointed by selections like the saeng deung sim, USDA Prime boneless rib-eye; chadol baegi, brisket sliced extra thin; and hyemit gui, sliced beef tongue. Eat it in the traditional style, wrapped in a piece of lettuce with a dab of bean sauce. In addition, dishes like the wine samgyeopsal, sliced pork belly marinated in Merlot; and dak gui, pan-broiled chicken in a Korean style sauce, show the diversity of the Korean grill. The drinks menu caters to the late-night crowds, with a variety of cold soju, a sweet plum wine, and Bok Boon Ja Korean black raspberry wine, among others.
