Merois, from chef/restaurateur Wolfgang Puck, is an open-air, rooftop restaurant at Pendry West Hollywood. The menu highlights Japanese, Southeast Asian and French/California cuisine. Expect signature dishes such as Snake River Farms dry-aged tomahawk rib-eye, as well as new, seasonal creations. Puck is also behind Ospero, a European style café.
