OZONE Restaurant Review:

OZONE boasts of being the highest bar in the world, and when the elevator whisks you to the 118th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, you’ll believe it. An outdoor terrace that is not for those prone to vertigo is the otherwise perfect spot to quaff the signature Dragontini made with vodka, yuzu and raspberries while admiring Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour views. Imbibers can also opt for a classic martini or order off the lengthy wine list. Inside, the low-lit lounge features geometric design details overhead, behind the bar and even underfoot. The mood lighting continually changes colors. An open kitchen turns out Asian-style small plates like the addictive mini Wagyu burgers, deep-fried duck rolls and cups of cucumber fettuccine, but there’s also a sushi bar that slices fresh sashimi as good as any Japanese eatery in town. From the dessert menu, we suggest the chocolate tartlettes. Later in the evenings you’ll find DJs spinning beats for dancing.
