Surrounded by the taquerias, dive bars and hipster haunts of the Mission, the Phoenix is none of these. This welcoming Irish haven features hearty pub food (including weekend brunch), a weekday happy hour, sports on the telly (nine large HD TVs) and ample seating for lively group gatherings. The full bar is well stocked with whiskeys and good craft beers on draft. Food includes fish and chips, bangers and mash and lamb stew.
