Project Poke Restaurant Review:

There’s not a whole lot of room in this compact spot, located across the way from Fountain Valley’s massive Mile Square Park. What it lacks in size it makes up for with fresh fish and ingredients, which serve as the backbone of the build-your-own-poke concept. Those who don’t feel like assembling their lunch can try one of the more whimsical Pacific Rim-inspired offerings, like spam masubi or a sushi burrito. The spot is also home to the sushi donut, a round, center-free circle of sushi that’s ascended to local cult status.
