Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review:

This location in the steakhouse chain doesn't have the sweeping river views of its downtown Jacksonville counterpart. It does have slightly better service, however, and a more social clientele. That said, the menu mimics the many dozens of Ruth's Chris locations around the globe: rich aged beef flash-broiled in volcanic-hot ovens and served on platters of sizzling butter. Starters, sides and desserts include Cajun and Creole favorites from Ruth's Chris' New Orleans hometown. Don't miss the authentic, seafood-laden gumbo, the spicy barbecue shrimp (which isn't actually barbecued at all) and the whiskey-laced bread pudding. As with all bastions of Prime beef, this spot is expensive---as in, it rhymes with your monthly car note. But take heart, the à la carte side dishes easily feed two.
