Sakura Restaurant Review:

This signature restaurant of the Radisson Woodlands Hotel brings the spectacle of Japanese-style teppanyaki cooking to Flagstaff, with skillfully trained Japanese chefs who rapidly slice and sauté meat, poultry or seafood and vegetables right in front of guests seated around the hot griddle. Chefs are trained to not only inspire the taste buds but to also put on a "ring of fire" show. There's also a sushi bar for those who'd prefer a more sedate---and cooler---dining experience. Service can be slow when it's busy or when there's but a few chefs working on slower lunch days. But overall, the Sakura experience is worth it.
