This chain of health-conscious self-service restaurants was founded in Houston in 2005. Since then, it has expanded to locations across the Old South. The bright, cheerful interior seems to appeal to a millennial crowd that carefully monitors what it eats. First, decide whether you want a wrap or a salad. In either case, begin with a choice of greens, then as you move along the line, add a variety of toppings.
