SHARE Small Plate Bistro Restaurant Review:

The name alone --- SHARE Small Plate Bistro --- says it all. Located at the stylish Hyatt Palm Springs, with an envious smack-in-the-middle of downtown location, this hip dining destination offers a large selection of small plates and more than three-dozen wines by the glass. Sit by the horizontal fireplace on an oversize ottoman for a more lounge-like experience, or take to one of the al fresco tables surrounded by warm hues that beckon guests to relax and unwind. Flatbreads can be dunked in an array of condiments containing everything from hummus to chilled vegetables. There are grilled artichokes served with green goddess for dipping and Niçoise olives that can easily be consumed while enjoying a refreshing mojito. Entrées are a bit more substantial, but still shareable, and include Maine lobster ensconced in ravioli and braised beef rib with cipollini onions. If you’re more in the mood for a latte than a lager, slip into SHARE for breakfast or lunch. The restaurant caters to both locals and a healthy clientele of visitors.
