Located in San Francisco's Financial District, The Shota offers a 15-course menu of omakase sushi, otsumami and sushiya dishes. Seasonal seafood is sourced from the Toyose Fish Market in Japan. The chefs use traditional Edomae techniques such as aging, curing and marinating.
