Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Review:

After a two-year absence, Smith & Wollensky returned to the Vegas Strip. Located within the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, the two-level 14,000-square-foot restaurant features a tavern-like lounge, Art Deco-inspired bar with leather tufted booths and Lincoln chairs, and a glass private room overlooking the bar and promenade. Menu highlights include twin lobster tails stuffed with jumbo lump crab; lamb chops with mint and cilantro pesto; a 10 oz. coffee-cocoa-rubbed filet; and exclusive to the Las Vegas location, a 28-day dry-aged 64 oz. Snake River Farms American Wagyu porterhouse. Complementing the fare is an extensive wine list featuring Smith & Wollensky’s private reserve Sauvignon Blanc and Meritage; craft cocktails such as Blueberry Gin Sour with Gunpowder Gin, blueberry syrup, lemon juice and club soda; and local Big Dog's Brewing Red Hydrant Brown Ale.
