Sol Mexican Grill Restaurant Review:
About the size of a very cramped shoebox, the Sol food truck sells Mexican fare that includes tacos, burritos and burrito bowls. Judging by the dimensions of the truck, it’s hard to imagine squeezing in any cooking equipment, but within minutes of placing an order, the cook hands out the food. To the basics patrons can add steak, chicken, carnitas or vegetables, then apply toppings such as rice and pico de gallo. Prices are very reasonable, and portions satisfying, so Sol should bring sunshine into any lunch hour meal. The owners have a restaurant as well, located at 1251 H St. NE, Washington, DC, 202-808-2625.
