THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Super Six Restaurant Review:

Because it’s from a team who made its name by wedging standout food into trucks (Marination Mobile) and seafood shacks (Marination Ma Kai), it’s refreshing to see how wide the long side of this remodeled auto shop opens --- right onto the beer garden running beside the building. Inside, the bar dominates the widest part of the L-shaped space, while table seating takes over the other end along with two mezzanine areas. Luckily, the globally-inspired food painted with Hawaiian flavors that made the crew famous brings in plenty of crowds to fill it all. Top draws are the raw fish salads called poke; pupus (appetizers), which welcome Korean ingredients such as kalbi-marinated meat and kimchi. Brunch brings a twist on chicken and waffles with a Hong Kong waffle, fried chicken thigh, haupia syrup, hot honey and Sriracha. Desserts include kisses of aloha in malasadas (Portuguese donuts) and coconut cream pie with lilikoi caramel. The wine list is short; the drinks section instead leans lightly on a tight tap lineup and heavily on a selection of original cocktails and updated versions of island and tiki classics.
