Tango’s décor reflects Scandinavian-modern yet organic simplicity with rustic picnic table seating for larger groups and sleek wood tables for smaller parties. Chef Goran Streng’s dishes pair quality ingredients with Scandinavian and local flavors. If you've arrived for breakfast, try the smoked salmon eggs Benedict or classic Swedish pancakes with fresh fruit, berry compote and whipped cream. Lunch is popular, with diners lining up (literally) to enjoy the large selection of salads and sandwiches. Don't miss the roasted beet salad or the chef's signature Swedish gravlax on Finnish rye bread with a house-made roasted garlic herb cheese spread and mustard dill sauce. Dinner selections may include a savory bouillabaisse made with fresh island fish, prawns and mussels, and a creamy Hamakua mushroom risotto with garlic shrimp. Consider one of the three four-course prix-fixe menus at dinner and you'll enjoy a complete meal for $38 (Menu A), $44 (Menu B) or $48 (Menu C).
