Times Ten Cellars is a full production Texas winery that cellars and bottles wines from select vineyards in California's premier wine regions, as well as from its own vineyard in Alpine, Texas. They use winery equipment from Italy, California and France to craft their wines, which dot the menus at more than 40 Dallas/Ft. Worth restaurants. Both the Dallas and Ft. Worth locations have a lounge where you can enjoy tastings at the counter and then settle in to savor your selection. Food pairings are easy, thanks to a menu that's stamped with artisan breads served with herbed olive oil, as well as a chef’s rotating cheese board. There are also tempting desserts from local bakeries and gelaterias, including the trifecta, a bourbon-pecan pie with chocolate chips and shortbread.
