At this friendly truck stop, at the southernmost end of South Philly, the quintessential roast pork sandwich commands a legion of fans. It’s available with broccoli rabe for a dose of real Italian vegetables. Chicken cutlets are another house specialty, best enjoyed between a crusty roll with melted provolone cheese.
