Founded by Seattle bartenders Kacy Fitch and Ben Dougherty, and made famous by Murray Stenson, widely considered one of the best bartenders in the country, Zig Zag Cafe aims to be the ultimate cocktail bar, renowned for its extensive selection of whiskeys, brandies, tequilas, rums and spirits, along with innovative house drinks. Its Pike Place Market location fits it to a T. On the edible side, the menu offers salads, sandwiches and seafood options such as seared albacore tuna with a wasabi crust and gumbo simmered with smoked alligator sausage, prawns, tasso ham and okra. Happy hour happens weekdays from 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
