This Tex-Mex eatery has two TVs going full blast and a clattering kitchen that prevents any sort of quiet meal. To add to the general confusion, the menu is an odd mix of Central American, Tex-Mex, one or two Spanish items, such as the paella, and a Cuban dish, the ropa vieja, or shredded flank steak. All in all, you might want to drop in for a soft taco platter or --- if you are counting calories --- the Fiesta salad served with strips of barbecued beef.
