THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Azul Restaurant Review:
Azul, the formal, expensive dining room at this resort at Ko Olina, was designed with a Mediterranean motif, going along with the name, which is Spanish for blue. Chef Stefano Crialesi was born and raised in Rome and trained in some of the finest kitchens in Italy. The menu has just about everything you'd expect with a variety of antipasti and entrées. Lobster fettuccine is quite popular, with house-made pasta and a white wine cream sauce served with a half lobster portion, which also shows up as a grilled surf ‘n’ turf paired with Angus filet mignon. Crème brûlée and panna cotta are fitting endings to the meal. Savor a cup of fresh espresso or linger over a glass of wine and enjoy the serene setting on the grounds of the JW Marriott Ihilani.
