Ba-Le Sandwich Shop Restaurant Review:

The extensive menu includes hearty Vietnamese soups, noodle dishes, rice entrées, sandwiches and salads, all with crisp produce and lots of fresh herbs---possibly the healthiest food, and best value, you'll get at a mall food court on Maui. We like the seafood pho and spicy lemon grass chicken, available as a sandwich or entrée with Jasmine rice. Interesting tapioca flavors are also offered, like taro and honeydew. All breads, croissants and manapua are baked fresh daily.
