Bad Daddy's Burger Bar Restaurant Review:

After a decade plus of success in Charlotte, N.C., its home turf, Bad Daddy's brings its burger-making skills to Atlanta. This clean, contemporary space offers lots of TVs for watching sports events and the usual programming, and a generous bar that invites conviviality along with booth and table seating. When it comes to food and beverage, we like the Ba-“Con” Queso, a melding of cheeses with the house amber ale topped with bacon and jalapeño crumbles. Served with tortilla chips, it's plenty for at least two people. The almost impossible to bite into Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids piles assorted bacons and bacon mayo along with other embellishments into a truly challenging two-hander. The All American came rare as ordered, and guests may upgrade the mustard from its standard yellow variety. Stella's Greek Salad provides enough to share, but also would handle the needs of any vegetarian guests, although there are a number of faux "burgers" that might be enticing to this audience. Go for the banana pudding for dessert. There are no thrills on the wine list, but craft brews abound. Check the daily specials for good beverage deals. Sundays, for instance, bring $5 Bloody Marys and mimosas.
