Baja Cantina Restaurant Review:

Lively and colorful, Baja Cantina is a good place for families looking for a quick Mexican food fix without the huge resort price tag or long waits. At the base of Park City Mountain Resort --- in the resort’s Village --- you’ll find all the typical suspects: stuffed chimichangas, enchiladas and burritos. The T.J. Taxi with Cantina chicken, sour cream, tomatoes and onions, baked with Monterey Jack and cheddar, is a local favorite. But be careful with the chips and salsa. Only the first basket is free. Baja uses no lard, and its bean and rice dishes are fat-free. For those in your party who would rather stick to familiar American grub, we recommend the ranch steak or slow-smoked barbecue pork ribs. The menu even includes a number of vegetarian dishes like the enchiladas rancheros: corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, beans, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and green chiles. The food isn’t remotely high-brow, but it's filling, relatively inexpensive and the joint is conveniently located if you're playing on the mountain.
