Baldie's does burgers --- one bite of a quarter-pound, handmade burger (single or double) and you'll be glad they do. Try yours plain or with cheese, bacon or chili (all just a few quarters extra); fourteen other free toppings are available, from Texas Pete to slaw. The seven-inch Thumann's hot dog will please any dog lover. A traditional steak-and-cheese sandwich, fish sandwich, and a chicken-bacon-Swiss concoction are alternative choices. Hand-cut fries come as is or with cheese or chili options. Baldie's also offers several flavors of hand-scooped ice cream. Picnic tables provide the only seating, and you won't find a lot of shade, but the food makes this one drive-in you'll be popping into over and over.
