![]() : Modeled after the New York ideal, Bambino's pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven and have thin-crisp crusts. Guests may create their own pizza combinations or select a signature pie, each prepared with quality ingredients. We recommend the simple Bufala with tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil and olive oil; and the Calorosa, a meat-eaters delight featuring smoked mozzarella, Italian sausage, pepperoni and bacon. The Caesar salad easily serves three persons, while the insalata boasts an orange vinaigrette with baby greens, roasted beets and ricotta. There's an adequate wine list with abundant beer options to please the casual drinker and connoisseur. This is a family-friendly place, but equally good for late-night dates (closing time is 11 p.m.), and it's a convenient short stroll from Seattle Center. |
