Bandana's Restaurant Review:

Bandana's may look western, with knotty pine and branding irons, but in reality the food is Southern. The ribs are a highlight: dry-rubbed, tender and moist but not dripping fat. Pork, chicken and beef come pulled or hand-carved; we prefer it pulled for the sandwiches. There are four sauces on the table: original (representing a mustard-based Southeastern style), spicy Memphis-style, tangy Kansas City-style and sweet-smoky Midwestern. There's also one that's so hot it's hidden (ask for it if you dare). Among the sides, beans get props; they're smoky and filled with meaty bits. Consider, too, the baked potato topped with a “wet” beef-pork combo in tangy sauce. Wash everything down with a beer, and you’ll be in hog heaven. Other locations.
