Bang Bang Burgers Restaurant Review:

New York-based meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda supplies the whole-muscle cuts of short rib and chuck from Black Angus cattle that compose Bang Bang burgers. Opt for the basic burger, Bang Bang’s signature burger, or take a risk on something a bit more innovative, such as the Seoul, bacon-fried kimchi with Bulgogi sauce, green onions and pickled cucumbers. All burgers come with crisp hand-cut fries, but for additional sides to share, opt for the fried pickles with ranch or the black bean fritters. Other sides include quinoa salad and onion rings. Unique is the burger bowl filled with spinach, baby arugula, green leaf lettuce, bacon, tomato, red onion, avocado, egg, sweet potato and a beef patty with a lemon juice and olive oil dressing. A kids’ menu is available. North Carolina craft beers are the perfect accompanying quaff.
