: Part of chef Renee Erickson's Sea Creatures group of restaurants, Bateau is a contemporary steakhouse in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood. Grass-fed beef is sourced from the restaurant's own farm, La Ferme des Anes, as well as other producers with similar standards of quality. Order the five-course tasting menu or select your steak á la carte from the list of cuts on the chalkboard. Sides and accompaniments include frites, kale gratin, mashed potatoes and various butters (bone marrow, anchovy, nori, preserved lemon & brown butter).
