The menu of over five dozen small plates constructed with thought-provoking techniques are meant for sharing: sea urchin cream with seaweed and ponzu; tuna ceviche with dragon fruit; bone marrow with white truffle, citrus and capers; grilled eel tacos. There’s also more traditional sautéed spinach with apples, pine nuts and raisins; dry-cured jamon Ibérico; and Spanish cheeses to pair with the extensive, mostly Spanish wine list.
