The second outpost of The Bazaar by José Andrés is located in the SLS Hotel South Beach, a luxe renovation of the historic Ritz Plaza Hotel. The Deco-inspired space by Philippe Starck features a huge shell-encrusted chandelier in the dining room and a buzzing indoor-outdoor lounge with a pool bar. There’s also more traditional sautéed spinach with apples, pine nuts and raisins; dry-cured jamon Ibérico; and Spanish cheeses to pair with the extensive, mostly Spanish wine list.
